- Tire Facility: A usable spare tire should be available in the car, else car will be towed to nearest Geely service center
- Towing Facility : Car should be in area accessible by Tow truck. Recovery facility may not be possible off road, basements etc.
- Fuel Facility : The customer needs to pay for the fuel.
- This membership and its services are valid according to the data received from Geely
- Services are not provided in the event of natural disasters and car immersion in water or sand or case of traffic accident.
- The services are available 24/7.
- Services are provided within the borders of Kuwait.
